The oversized bevelled balcony design is inspired by the circular park below, featuring graceful organic curves that lead your gaze upward toward the sky.

In this grand and airy space, residents and guests are greeted by a professional concierge and an elegant lounge, while a secure mail and parcel room—featuring cold storage for perishable deliveries — is discreetly located out of sight. Designed to celebrate every arrival, this soft landing brings grandeur to your every day.
South Yards provides an organic aesthetic that complements natural cues offered by the park, which is the heart of the master plan.
Angled balconies shift from floor to floor to form curved lines. The podium’s corners are beveled inwards to visually connect the curvatures from the park below blurring the line where the park ends and the building begins.
Welcoming the community, two striking silver giraffes stand sentinel over the northwest corner. Created by Canadian artist Maskull Lasserre, these larger-than-life public art pieces are titled The Visitors. Approachable and playful, yet timeless and elegant, they serve as landmarks that perfectly embody the essence of South Yards.
